General Coordination for the Treatment of Network Incidents (CGCTIR – DSIC) - 4057
According to Decree No. 5,772, CGCTIR is subordinated to the DSI (Information Security Departament). This general coordination only have its responsabilities established in 2017 by Ministerial Ordinance No. 91. Among its duties are: (I) to operate and maintain the CTIR Gov (Government Response Team for Computer Security Incidents), (II) to promote scientific-technological exchange, (III) “to support organs and entities of the government in computer network incident handling activities”, (IV) “monitoring and technically analyzing security incidents in government networks”, among others.
