The Critical Telecommunications Infrastructure Protection Project objectives are: (I) To Identify the critical elements of ICT in Brazil; (II) To identify threats and vulnerabilities, assess risks as well as to propose controls to reduce them to acceptable levels; (III) To propose recommendations for the prevention of security incidents and to guarantee the continuity of operations in crisis situations; (IV) To propose norms, regulations, strategies and policies for ICT’s protection; (V) To create methodologies and tools for ICT’s protecion.
