National Information Security Policy (2000/2018) - 4002
The First National Information Security Policy (PNSI) was created by the Decree nº 3.505 (06/13/2000). In 2018, the Decree nº 9.637 (12/26/2018) established its second version, presenting information security as a concept that encompasses cyber security and defense, as well as physical security, protection of organizational data and actions aimed to ensure information availability, confidentiality and authenticity. The PNSI provides the establishment of national goals and plans for each of the above-mentioned topics regarding to information security.
