National Intelligence Policy (PNI) (2016) - 3992
According to the Decree nº 8.793 (06/29/2016), the National Intelligence Policy (PNI) is the document with the highest level of orientation for Intelligence activity in the Brazil, defining its parameters and performance limits, as well as responsibilities, and establishing its objectives within the scope of the Brazilian Intelligence System (SISBIN). After analysis by external bodies, in short, the PNI was set by the Presidency of the Republic.
