National Strategy for Critical Infrastructures Security (Ensic) - 3986
The National Strategy for Critical Infrastructures Security (Ensic) was approved by the Decree nº 10.569, which states that the infrastructures for communications, energy, transport, finance and water, among others, have a strategic value, since they play an essential role both for national security and sovereignty, as for the integration and sustainable economic development of the country. Based in this context, the critical infrastructures security becomes an imperative and its implementation requires a joint effort of State and society.
