After the publication of the Best Practices Guidebook, and with the launch of Law 13,709 (General Data Protection Law – LGPD), the Secretariat of Digital Government prepared a set of actions to foster the data protection culture and to support the law’s implementation in the federal government agencies. This set of actions are in line with the objectives 10 and 11 of the Trustworthy Government principle of the Digital Government Strategy (EGD), which provides important compliance “milestones” with the LGPD, assisting the bodies of the Information Technology Resources Management System (SISP) during the process of the ensuring the adequacy of the law.
