Security Incident Response Center (CAIS)/ National Education and Research Network (RNP) - 3983
CAIS was one of the first security incident response groups to operate at the national level in the detection, resolution and prevention of incidents throughout the academic network and its user institutions. It is part of RNP, an advanced network for higher education, research and innovation that was created in 1992 and helped to bring the internet to Brazil, promoting innovative use of Information and Communication Technologies as well as science and education for the population as a whole.
