Strategic Program of the Army in Cyber Defense (Prg EE Def Ciber) - 4039
Approved by the Ordinance nº 061/EME (Army’s Report), these guidelines aim to regulate the necessary measures to the implementation of ComDCiber and list the main duties of its differente organs. There has been a new wording in 03/21/2016 and a last one in 10/31/2016. The Cyber Defense Strategic Program was create, then, with the goal to generate capacities and develop doctrines that allow to Brazilian Army the conditions to act in the cyber space “with resulted benefits to Command and Control in the tactical, operational and strategic level”.
